Since upgrading to OS 3.0, I really haven't had this problem. I did before 3.0 every once and a while, but not now. So, I assume there was a bug that OS 3.0 fixed. If you are getting this problem, and your not runnin' OS 3.0 yet, get it. If you are havin' this issue still, restarting Safari should still fix the issue.
